I purchased a shifter knob for a BMW 3 Series(Automatic). The quality is really nice. Looks great in the car. It will take a bit to get used to as it is a bit taller than the original though. The 4 stars is due to the fact that it took 34 days to receive it. I blame the shipping company though. Note: Darren was very helpful with keeping me informed and with questions about installation.

Fantastic online shop that shows other chinese online shops how to do it! Swift confirmation on online order, reached out next day to ensure correct fitment, displaying great knowledge of the cars product should be install in. I requested faster air shipping, and got it expidited really fast at very reasonable extra cost. Installed product was not a 100% fit, as the gear leaver surround had to be trimmed a bit, but very minor issue. Everything turned out great, works perfectly and is good quality. Was surprised that even the trackpad works. I ordered media, start and gear leaver for Bmw i8.

I made an order on Thursday and got it by Monday, for my 2019 BMW X5. The shift knob was on great condition and looks so nice! The site didn't mention the volume button but I emailed ahead and confirmed it would be included. Very responsive seller. Also helped with the install quickly.
